Hello! What a glorious time to be alive in Christ. A time of fullness in Jesus.
Unprecedented Times
You wonder about the days we live in and worry what’s next. There seems to be conflict at many levels of life. And there’s the deep conflict, between your life and what you hold to be true.
You yearn to be one with Christ, like him, to know and be known intimately and fully. Yet, there’s the chasm between your life and actions. Paul speaks of this in Romans 7.
I know what it’s like to hide wounds and sins behind a good appearance. And I know what it’s like to have sin’s brokenness manifesting, hurting me, and those close to me.
A New “Place” In Christ
Jesus sees the impossibility of your situation. He sees the deeply rooted areas of sins and wounds and your inability to free yourself. He has a solution for you. Him!
In this hour Christ is taking many into a deep and rich place of fullness in him. It’s a place you would not naturally go on your own. Just as Jesus told Peter, another would lead and dress him when he is old, Jesus is saying the same today.
Some of you are already on this journey. Some of you are just beginning. And others in preparation.
These are unprecedented times, and God is doing unprecedented things. The unimaginable is becoming imaginable.
Healing and Restoration
God is lifting many into a place of “grace” in his Spirit, where deep wounds and sins are being healed and cleansed. A journey from condemnation into grace.
God has not relegated you to a life of obligation, duty and shallowness! No, he is offering you his fullness. The winds of change are blowing and the waters are deepening.
If you want more of Jesus, you’re at the right place. He promises to reveal himself to those who earnestly seek him. And he knows how to help us seek him!
New Insight And Revelation
I will be sharing insights and revelation I’ve received over the last number of years. I’ve been in the wilderness feeding from the Lord’s banquet table. I’ve saved portions to share with you.
My calling is to share what I’ve learned with those on the same journey or just beginning. I hope we will be better prepared and equipped to hold firm and attain the fullness God has for us.
This is the season to feast on the Lord! He will take you into the wilderness to learn of him.
Jesus has so much more to offer. There are deeper places in God yet to be discovered and to apprehend. So, together, let’s respond to the call of God to go deep in him.
Will the journey be easy? No. Will you be able to go deep in God on your own? No. Will it require Jesus taking you there? Yes. Will the call of God to go deep require much of you? Yes. Will it bear good fruit for you and others? Yes.
The Saints in Transition
My friend, the evidence is all around us, it is the fullness of time for the body of Christ.
God has given examples in the past when change ushers forth, a shift, a change in God’s relationship with man. We are in a season of an intense work by the Holy Spirit, planting the seed of Christ deep in the inner man.
Jesus is redeeming and restoring the tragedy of sin in our lives in an unprecedented way. He is evicting sin from our lands that we might possess what he has purchased for us with his own blood.
History’s Examples
The Scripture teaches when the sin of the Canaanite nations came to the full God led Israel to possess their lands (Genesis 15:16 and Leviticus 18:25).
And “4 But when the set time had fully come, God sent his son, born of a woman, born under law, 5 to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.” (Galatians 4:4-5 NIV).
We read in Romans 11:25 and Ephesians 1:10 there is a fullness of time for the Gentiles, i.e., the church age.
And Jesus himself spoke in Matthew 24 the days of Noah will be similar to the days of the coming of the Son of Man. Noah knew he was in the fullness of time in his generation.
And we know the days of Noah were wicked days, so much so, that God grieved he had even created man. Genesis 6:5 says, “The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time.”(NIV)
My writings are not about the imminent physical return of Jesus Christ or the wickedness of the day. It’s about Christ coming to you and me, personally and intimately, rescuing us from death, bringing life, transforming our nature. (1 Corinthians 4:5; 2 Corinthians 3:18; 1 Peter 1:13; John 14)
A New Move of the Spirit of God
This is a new work by the Lord. Jesus is offering the invitation of his presence into those deep and hidden places of wounds and sins, bringing healing and restoration. A very deep and methodical work by the Spirit.
This work is essential. If the Lord does not intervene in our individual life, we may very well succumb to the increase of evil in our generation. Maybe not fall away, but lose the higher calling of God.
Noah’s season saw fulfillment of righteousness and sin, bringing the flood. And he planted the seed of righteousness in new ground.
Israel’s wilderness sojourn brought fulfillment to righteousness and sin, ushering the cleansing of Canaan’s land and planting the nation of Israel.
Christ’s season brought fulfillment to righteousness, exposing the darkness of wounds and sin hidden behind the veil of religion. He birthed the church.
So too is our sojourn. When sin and righteousness reach their fullness in the New Testament age, a threshold will be crossed and God will usher in a new season.
Are you experiencing the deep work of the Spirit in this hour? Is it something you’re aware of and desire? What is God stirring in your heart? Your thoughts?
